Marc & Me don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If approved to return by Marc & Me ; Any return items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date and in original packaging & condition. Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed & with the original tags and packaging attached. For hygiene reasons exchange and returns are not available for our tableware, cups, bottles, dummies, dummy chains or teething products unless they are defective. Returns and exchanges are not available on sale purchases. All sale purchases are final. We do not cover the return postage costs and are in no way liable/ responsible for the loss of products being returned. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense. We recommend using services that use post tracking. Once your return has been received back into our store it will be processed and a solution will be issued accordingly to your return.

Under normal circumstances standard deliveries will take up to 3-7 business days within metropolitan  areas. Regional areas may take longer.
